Microsoft provides a tool for making Powerpoint presentations both forward and backward compatible. This means that files created in older versions can be viewed in newer versions and vice-versa. For example, it is possible to open a Powerpoint 2007 presentation in Powerpoint 2003. Simply download and install this program. Then start PP and open your file.
